Delivery Information
We deliver office technology products across mainland UK. Standard delivery is free of charge on all orders, with estimated timeframes based on your location.
Delivery Methods
The delivery method shown at checkout depends on what is in your basket. All deliveries are made during standard business hours and will require a signature.
- Large Equipment (Courier Delivery): For printers, multifunction devices, and other large equipment. Delivered by our specialist courier team who will bring your order to your premises. You will be provided with a delivery date and updated with an ETA on the day of delivery. (Note: Specified AM or PM delivery slots are available as an optional, chargeable upgrade).
- Consumables (Tracked Delivery): For toner cartridges, ink, and other consumable items. Sent via a tracked courier service with full tracking provided so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
- Partial and Failed Deliveries: We reserve the right to deliver orders in instalments where required; this will not affect your standard delivery charges. If a delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate access details or the absence of an authorised signatory on the agreed business day, you may be liable for any associated storage or redelivery fees incurred by our courier network.
Receiving Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please check your items carefully. As per our Terms and Conditions, any damage or transit issues must be reported to us within 5 business days.

Estimated delivery times vary by postcode area. The timeframe shown at checkout is based on the postcode you enter. (Please note: "Working days" exclude weekends and UK public holidays).

Areas Not Currently Available for Online Delivery
We are currently unable to offer standard online delivery to the following postcode areas: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE, and selected Highland and Island districts within IV, KA, PA, PH, and PO.
